Bluzelle’s NFT Marketplace for Web3 Games on Cosmos

With the purpose of enabling Web3 games powered by the blockchain, Bluzelle, the Cosmos-based GameFi blockchain, has now introduced a new NFT marketplace named Capella.

Capella’s objective is to provide an unmatched user experience and more utility for gamers, which includes providing effective support for NFTs and SFTs. Given the recent rise in activity on the Cosmos and IBC Chains, Bluzelle intends to create cutting-edge infrastructure solutions to further GameFi and NFTs.

Cosmos-based NFT marketplaces face a number of challenges, including the necessity to accept semi-fungible tokens (SFT), which are increasingly used in Web3 games. Virtual game assets’ worth and secondary market liquidity are therefore very low. With Capella, however, Bluzelle has added IBC-enabled functionality, making it possible to purchase and sell tokens, NFTs, and gaming assets via a unified interface.

Capella will incorporate R2 blockchain storage from Bluezelle

Moreover, Bluzelle’s R2, a decentralized storage system that enables game developers to securely store their game assets, will be used by Capella. Without moving NFTs between chains, the developers will be able to use Capella for all of their storage and token requirements. The developer and user experiences will consequently both be enhanced.

The Capella team is currently working on it, and they are testing it out with Bluzelle’s first Web3 game, Gamma4. As the team works to enhance the NFT and GameFi features featured on Cosmos, the NFT Marketplace will expand. CEO Pavel Bains of Bluzelle stated, “We had the experience to build what developers and gamers needed. One product with the right features, truly decentralized storage, and fluidity with other Cosmos chains.”

By making it easy to buy, sell, and exchange NFTs and gaming memorabilia within the Cosmos environment, Bluzelle‘s Capella NFT Marketplace will transform the gaming industry. The marketplace leverages IBC-enabled capabilities to get around problems faced by Cosmos-based NFT marketplaces, supporting both NFTs and SFTs while offering best-in-class user experience. As a result, Capella will become the leading NFT Marketplace for Web3 games, enhancing both the developer and user experience.

The Bluzelle blockchain network is scalable and can handle the high volume of activity and traffic associated with the gaming sector. An NFT storage layer, exclusive cryptogames, and a powerful 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) blockchain are among the network’s features.
